DUTY FREE

In the departure hall of international flights, there is a DUTY FREE shop. Here, upon presentation of a boarding pass, passengers, with the exception of those flying to the countries of the Customs Union, can purchase goods of well – known world brands-perfumes and cosmetics, alcohol and tobacco products, souvenirs, watches, jewelry and much more.

Mother and Child Room

At Aktobe International Airport, a mother and child room operates around the clock on the second floor of the terminal.

In the mother and child room, young children, accompanied by their parents, can relax, eat, shower and play.

Passengers with children and women in position can use the room.

The rooms have:

• Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, and cooler with hot and cold water, high chairs for children.
• Bathrooms with space for changing Mat.

Packing of luggage

Before putting things in your luggage, you can pack them in a special stretch film. It will protect your luggage from damage, contamination and illegal opening.

The Internet

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout Aktobe Airport. To connect to the network, you must pass the mandatory identification procedure by phone number. The speed of the Internet is enough for surfing, viewing photos, communicating in social networks.

Luggage carts

For baggage transportation, you can use baggage carts free of charge: on departure-to the check-in counters, on arrival-from the baggage claim transporters.

Luggage carts are located:

• Before entering the terminal;
• In the baggage claim halls.

Oversized luggage can be carried on trolleys. Position it so that it does not fall off the cart, does not get stuck in the aisle and does not interfere with the passage of other people.

Rules for using luggage trolleys:

• Do not take the carts outside the airport forecourt;
• Do not use trolleys on escalators and stairs;
• Do not transport people on trolleys;
• If you no longer need the trolley, do not leave it in the path of other passengers; roll it to the side or take it to the place where the trolleys accumulate.

Luggage storage

On the ground floor of the terminal building, there is a luggage storage room.

In the storage room, you can leave things for short-term storage.

Luggage storage rules:
Pack your belongings in such a way as to exclude free access to the contents. Put glass and other breakable objects in a hard package with the inscription: "Caution, glass".

Explosive, flammable, toxic substances, perishable products, piercing and cutting objects, weapons, money, documents, jewelry, dirty and unpleasant-smelling things are not accepted for storage.

Medical center

In the round-the-clock medical center, you will receive first aid in case of malaise or exacerbation of a chronic disease, as well as advice on medical contraindications when traveling by plane.

If you know that you will need special medications at the airport and in flight, make sure that you have taken them with you in advance. We also recommend that you take prescriptions for these medications with you so that you are allowed to take them on the plane during the pre-flight inspection.

Dear residents of Aktobe, there is a Yes Exchange exchange office in the airport building.
You can exchange currency at the official exchange office, which operates in accordance with the "Rules for organizing exchange transactions with foreign currency in cash in the Republic of Kazakhstan" established by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Here you can exchange tenge, US dollar, euro, British pound, Russian ruble, Kyrgyz som, Chinese yuan and other currencies indicated in the official exchange rates of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The exchange office is located in the common area of ​​the passenger terminal, on the first floor near the information desk.
