For passengers with limited availability (PRM)
Service for passengers belonging to low-mobility groups of the population
PRMs passengers are served by an authorized agent in accordance with the Provisions of the Passenger Service Standards for People with Reduced Mobility (PRM – Persons with Reduced Mobility) at the airport and provides for the following procedure:
- registration of a passenger with a visual disability and accompanied by a guide dog;
- when transporting people with limited mobility, after carrying out the check-in procedures, the representative of the airline (airport) accompanies them to (from) the aircraft and, together with the documents, transfers it (them) directly to the crew;
- the authorized agent provides assistance in passing border, customs control and other registration procedures;
- passengers from among the PRMs are boarded by the airport representative first of all before the announcement of the landing of the main part of passengers and disembarkation from the aircraft last of all;
- when transporting persons using a wheelchair, the representative of the airline / airport provides a special seat for transportation in the cabin of the aircraft.
Arriving sick passengers are accompanied by medical staff of the airport to the medical point.
